The above prices include: overnight stay, bed and kitchen linen, bath towels, soap, cleaning materials, taxes and final cleaning. Also heating, water, electricity and cooking consumption is included.

Linen and towels will be changed weekly.

Terms and conditions

Check-in: from 4pm

We are usually available to greet you from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Please let us know if you plan to arrive at a different time, to avoid mutual inconvenience.

Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.

Deposit: 30% of the total is payable in advance to secure your booking, and can be paid by bank transfer. The booking will be confirmed on receipt of your deposit.

The balance should be paid the day before departure.
